Our Rental Steps:

Our process is simple, but still required for you to be considered for our properties.

Please review our steps below so you can understand our process:

Step 1

Search our Available Properties List

Step 2

Review the property information and ensure that the monthly payment fits your budget.

We encourage you to drive-by the outside of the property you are interested in.

You may also contact us to set up an appointment to view the inside of the home.

Step 3

Once you find the property you want, fill out our rental application.

Make sure to give us your full name, phone number, and your addresses for past landlords, employment, etc.

After submitting an application, please email the following items for each person 18 years of age and older:
  • ID or Drivers License
  • Social Security Card
  • Proof of Income (1-3 recent pay stubs, award letters, etc)

Step 4

Once approved, we will schedule a walkthrough inspection, complete your rental agreement, give you keys to the home, and Welcome you to Shoreside Management!

Our Qualifying Criteria

Application Requirements
  • All adults (18+) must apply (even if not contributing to the rent)
  • All adults (18+) must be pre-approved before showings/viewings are scheduled
  • All information submitted must be true, accurate, and include all history in all categories (to avoid automatic denial)
Employment History (Section 8 is exempt from this requirement)
  • 12+ Months history
  • Income must be 2.0x-2.5x (depending on unit) the rent minimum
  • Employment verification required
Rental History
  • No Evictions
  • 12+ Months history - with similar rent amount
  • Rental verification required
Criminal History
  • No Major Criminal History
  • Criminal history check required
Credit History
  • No Judgements/Collections
  • Credit Score is not a factor in our decision
  • Credit Check required
