Our CEO started the company from the ground up back in 2012 as a sole proprietor. The company started as mostly independent contractor work assisting many other property management companies and homeowners, and gradually grew to the company we are today.
After many successful accomplishments in customer service, revenue for homeowners, tenant satisfaction, and optimizations within other companys - our CEO decided to change from sole proprietor to a California Corporation so that these qualities and knowledge/benefits can be more easily available to others.
